To assist us with delivering any projects successfully the following key actions and activities are implemented;
- Assigning a dedicated Contracts Manager to the project from the outset
- Assigning a dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer
- Ensuring all staff involved on the project will be formally inducted onto the project to ensure all processes and procedures are understood
- Develop a close working relationship with the customer and adopt a totally flexible approach to service delivery
- Maintain a skills matrix and ensure all engineers and appropriately trained and qualified to carry out the tasks
- Distribute customer satisfaction questionnaires as part of the job closure process to monitor on-going performance and issues
- Redmond Group Ltd will operate an open book policy and provide breakdown of costs if requested.
